Beacon Delivers a Powerful Mobile Sales Force Application
Beacon's client operates within the Australian gaming industry with more than 150 staff and through a network of more than 600 independent retail outlets both local and regional.
Sales staff meeting with clients needed access to client history including sales volumes and contact notes. During client meetings sales staff needed to step through a set of objectives, capturing client responses during the interview. Mobile sales staff required a solution that provided live data capture using a compact device.
By combining BlackBerry technology and the METAmessage Data product Beacon was able to provide both a messaging solution and mobile application.
