The Change Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to facilitate and manage business change.
If you have a strong (4 – 10 years) experience in any of the following areas, we want to hear from you!
- Experience with organisational change management, business process management and business continuity planning
- Strong commercial experience in the development and execution of change programs
- Experience in the application of change management methods and frameworks
- Strong conceptual and analysis skills
- High level stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Interviewing and facilitation skills
- Experience working with formal Project Management methodologies
- Experience in the use of Six Sigma, lean or other process development methodologies (highly desirable)
