The Change Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to facilitate and manage business change.

If you have a strong (4 – 10 years) experience in any of the following areas, we want to hear from you!

  • Experience with organisational change management, business process management and business continuity planning
  • Strong commercial experience in the development and execution of change programs
  • Experience in the application of change management methods and frameworks
  • Strong conceptual and analysis skills
  • High level stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interviewing and facilitation skills
  • Experience working with formal Project Management methodologies
  • Experience in the use of Six Sigma, lean or other process development methodologies (highly desirable)
