Birchman and Beacon are delighted to welcome back three experienced professionals to our team, with two returning this month in business development and human resource roles, and a third starting next month in the role of Chief Technology Officer.
Business Development Manager Len Daw served Beacon between 2001 and 2009 after gaining more than twenty years’ experience in IBM and BankWest. He spent two years in public-listed technology company Objective Corporation before returning to Beacon, attracted by the opportunities and challenges we offer in this exciting phase of expansion as the Birchman/Beacon team gains momentum after two years of assimilation.
“The Birchman Group is going through a very interesting stage in its development; I am very happy to be back, and be a part of what looks like exciting times ahead for phenomenal growth,” says Len.
Similar sentiments are voiced by sought-after Human Resources Manager Michelle Leahy, whose fifteen-year track record includes consulting to the Department of Indigenous Affairs, the Department of Commerce, The Birchman Group, Change Corporation, BankWest, Unisys West, Fujitsu, and DMR Consulting.
“The in-depth understanding I gained in my last Birchman appointment will be well leveraged to bring the company forward. There are many synergies between Birchman and Beacon culture and capabilities and I look forward to contributing to this dynamic company’s growing success,” says Michelle.
